I'm not eating for 24 hours before I take SN anyways.

I didn't really read the colonoscopy prep but I know you have to take laxatives.

It's just nice how it'll give me a time frame of when I need to do everything.

Fasting is easy for me because I do 48 hour fasts frequently because it makes me feel something and makes food taste good for a while after. So 24 hours is light.
