This is gonna sound really fucking stupid but just hear me out,I do enjoy life sometimes but only under certain circumstances this is mostly because I hate humanity and the world we live in. Being trapped in a shitty family makes me want to just leave this world and live in a different one so one day I decided I found a good way to disconnect myself from reality without using drugs, virtual reality! I saved up money and bought a VR headset and I must say that it actually works much better then I thought its almost like being able to escape to any different reality at your choosing. When I get really fucking upset I just lock myself in my room and live in whatever game I want to until I feel better, however there is a flaw
VR headsets are overpriced as FUCK. But if you have the money and the time to do so I would recommend it.

The games I have been playing are games where your mostly isolated and can kinda just live ig? Like Minecraft walking dead saints and sinners been playing a lot of moss as well honestly just try whatever works best for you.
