I was going to CTB using H2S but when the day actually arrived i was terrified and realized i am not ready to die yet.. i yapped a ton in some other thread about it that i made, but any way who cares about that..
this thread is about testing H2S a little so that it might help other people..
by the way, in this other thread there is a user named BillyBob that tested it as well (tested a bigger amount than i did) and said it caused lung problems for a few weeks and stuff: https://sanctioned-suicide.net/thre...nd-it-has-shown-there-is-no-fix-for-me.235919
oh yeah by the way, WEAR GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHILE TESTING ANY OF THIS STUFF!..
i bought some expensive Speedo brand goggles from a pool store, and also had some gloves i was using while testing all of this stuff.. and even when you CTB using this method you want to have those goggles on because your eyes will burn otherwise.. i mean it is still technically optional because you should be knocked out cold in like 1 or 2 breaths but still, like what if you decide to cancel at the last second and you escape out of the room/car you are in and it ended up burning your eyes already?..
Okay so any way.. i wanted to test the 2 ingredients i had to make sure they are still good.. and part of me just likes verifying that things are going to work any way.. so first i opened one of the lime sulfur bottles.. i keep them some where in the refrigerator so that they stay good as long as possible.. you want to make sure they still have an amber color and smell like rotten eggs.. if the liquid has turned clear then it might not be good/potent any more.. i poured a small amount on to a disposable plate and smelled it and it had the rotten egg smell that it is supposed to have (and was the redish-orange/amber color it is supposed to be)..
next i wanted to test the hydrochloric acid.. i looked on a swimming pool forum and found a thread of some pool guys asking how long muriatic acid lasts (muriatic acid is just an other name (usually used by swimming pool people) for hydrochloric acid).. and one guy said he had his for 10 years and it was still good.. and so i think as long as the acid has been kept sealed up fairly well (and not just exposed to lots of open air for years) then it should be good.. my acid has been in the heat (not kept in any type of air-cooled place) for years (but sealed) so i wanted to make sure it was still good..
and so (with goggles and gloves on) i put the acid bottle on the floor, and unscrewed the cap, and then it has a thin plastic seal on top (this is after you have removed the cap already) that you are supposed to remove, i guess by cutting it off.. so i punctured it with some scissors....... well some acid jumped up out of the bottle top when i did that because i guess all those years of being in heat or what ever caused it to build up some pressure in there, so be really careful when puncturing that plastic seal off..
i poured a little amount of the acid in to a small plastic cup......... it looks exactly like water, and so i wanted to verify for my self that it is actually acid (and still potent) and not just some thing that won't do any thing (or to confirm to my self that it isn't actual water).. okay this is the traumatic part.... i put my nose sort of near the cup and tried to sniff the acid, but i wasn't smelling any thing..... and i already knew that some times when you try to smell stuff like this that it isn't strong at first until you get close to it and then it can hit you all at once suddenly, so i was trying to be very careful and slow........ i SLOWLY kept lowering my nose closer to the acid in the bottom of the cup, and still wasn't smelling any thing at all, not even a little...... and slowly continued lowering nose, and then even though i was trying to anticipate this happening IT HIT ME ALL AT ONCE......... HOLY CRAP it was burning my nose and brain..... it was 1 sniff and my nose was burning and it felt like the motherfracking front of my brain was burning too.. i hope i didn't get brain damaged or some thing (more than i already have from the stroke i had in 2020).. so my advice is DO NOT TRY TO SMELL THE ACID DIRECTLY........... if you still want to test it, then what i would do is pour some of it out (or maybe just keep the cap open for a bit) and eventually it should maybe make that room start to smell kind of acidy, because i think it started to do that in that room when i had the acid open for too long.. But also (i didn't try this but) you can try pouring it on some thing that will react to it (not sure what, maybe concrete or other random stuff?) to make sure it is really acid and still potent..
okay, so after i recovered from that traumatic experience, i wanted to test a TINY amount of mixing each of them together (to create the actual H2S gas).. i knew from the thread by BillyBob up there i linked that i didn't want to try mixing too much.. if just smelling the acid one time caused that much burning and stuff then i definitely didn't want to try breathing in a more powerful version of it (meaning the version of it mixed with lime sulfur).. so i determined that i would not try to actually smell the H2S gas and would instead just try to make sure it reacted the way it should when i mix the 2 chemicals together..
i put about literally 5 drops of lime sulfur and literally about 5 drops of the acid in to the same plastic cup and it reacted how it should.. The way it should react is it kind of foams up and turns in to a kind of whiteish (maybe with slight green/yellow tint) foamy liquid or what ever, and so yeah, that's what it kind of did with that tiny amount.. so i kept looking at it for like 60 seconds (with goggles on of course) but i think i was holding my breath while in that room, and would go out for a few seconds at a time in the next room to inhale a new breath and then go watch the H2S in the cup for several more seconds......
and so any way, after about 60 seconds total of watching it and figuring it wasn't going to do any thing else new now, i decided to get it out of my house and throw it in to the outside trashcan.. but already at this time i could smell the H2S, and it smelled chemically and unpleasant but it wasn't really strong enough to do any thing to me because i mixed such a tiny amount..
i picked up the cup (still wearing gloves and goggles of course), went outside, and turned the cup upside-down to dump the H2S liquid on to the grass, and then threw the empty cup in to the outside trashcan.. i took the goggles and gloves off and went in to the other side of the house and closed the door and thought that i would wait for a while until the smell goes away...... but that H2S smell permeated the whole house and i could start to smell it in the room i was in even though it was at the other end of the house......... i thought "holy cow that's just like 10 drops (total) and it is smelling up the whole house".. so i actually left the house for a few hours and went to some stores for fun.. but when i got back i could still smell it for a long while..
and then a couple days later it was trash night, so i went outside and took my trashcan to the curb, but i noticed i could still smell the H2S smell inside of the trashcan...... that amazed me because i had dumped it out before i threw the little cup in to the trashcan........ some how days later that little cup with the residue is still making the trashcan smell like that...... i realized this is really powerful gas that probably ruins any thing it touches in high amounts.. like if you do this in a car then that car is screwed and probably can't be salvaged no matter how much you try to clean it.. (i'm talking about mixing the big amounts that you use to CTB)..
any way, so that is my experience testing H2S a little.. H2S has always been my favorite method because of how freakishly toxic it is.. so toxic that it some times kills people that accidentally walk in to it (people coming to your house to check on you, or the rescue people, etc (which is why you should put warning signs around your place that you CTB in)).. i'm not saying killing other people is good (it's bad) but that is a sign of how toxic it is.. if this were a video game it would cause massive overkill if you use a proper amount of it.. and then other reasons like it is relatively painless, and it's fast, and cheap, and not that hard to get ahold of the 2 compounds you need..
thanks for reading guys.. infinite love for you guys.. see you on the flipside...
