Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I took a bunch of cychlorphine (potent opioid) and a mega dose of lorazepam on June 30th at 1:30 am and fell unconscious pretty quickly

for some reason, however, I didn't stop breathing

my friends found me about 15 hours later and I was rushed to the ICU

I was in a coma for 4 days before I woke up and I had heavy delusions and psychotic symptoms after I woke up

I was in the ICU for 10 days and I also nearly died on day 2 from what my parents told me

I was then put in a closed ward for a week and now I'm in an open one

I was told that my total stay will be around 6 weeks but I hope it will be shorter

I am still pretty dissociated from my feelings because of what happened and I honestly regret my attempt since my ICU stay made me lose a lot of muscles and I am practically disabled right now

Damn Im so sorry your experience has been this rough, may I ask though are you permanently disabled? Is it like muscle atrophy?

I had near fatal overdose awhile ago too I can relate at least partially.

I'm probably not permanently disabled except for some nerve damage that made a few fingers numb

I had a lot of luck that I survived with basically no lasting damage

Damn. Get better soon. Nothing more tortuous than a ward

OD's usually fail. They say that's because they're missing an essential component: an exit bag.

can I ask how much cychlorphine you took? (and how it was taken?) ... that does seem a potent one.

the ward stuff isn't fun but once out of the closed ward it might be a lot more bearable based on my own experience with that.

on the atrophy stuff, I likely have way more than you as the last years have had reasons why I was stuck in pretty immobile state and so I get where you are coming from there. It really does suck, in my own case it is to the level of disability. Though you should be able to recover from that short of a period ok.

around 1 gram in an acid resistant capsule

the open one is okay since I can go to my place in my free time
