In all honesty it could take years...
And day to day may just become more difficult, you'll likely eventually get heart failure can take may years, and suffer from terrible edema,.swelling, ulcers, claudication, whilst your heart rate will likely be not great either making you feel dizzy or faint or nauseous or anxious.
This is deliberate self harm in effect, but later on, you usually regret it and the consequences of doing this will make things much more overwhelming for you.
