Today I started going to the gym and oh my god, I couldn't even lift 5kg of weights, so I had to use 2.5kg and the people next to me were lifting like 30kg hahaha, I hope I get to that point. The good thing is that nobody noticed me there, there weren't many people because I went at midday, but even so, everyone just goes about their own business and that's something that comforts me quite a bit. Plus, I have a really good trainer who instructed me on everything. I've always been insecure about my body, I'm very skinny, I'm 180cm tall and weigh 52kg currently. I hope to change that, but mainly, I hope it helps me fix my head because I'm still really messed up, but I hope to improve little by little. Even so, if I have the opportunity to commit suicide (let's say I get a gun or SN from the sky), I wouldn't pass up the chance

don't worry everybody starts somewhere the gym is a very friendly environment they're very supportive and kind people i plan on going back to the gym again soon but only once i finish my studies i feel like the moment i stopped moving around i gave myself the time to have bad thoughts and i fell back to my bad habits but only for a few more months then i can be back in the gym

keep it up i'd love to hear about the progress you make in the gym in the future!! <3

Like kittylover said, everyone starts somewhere! When I started a long time ago, I couldn't even lift the barbell... I haven't improved as much as I'd like, but it's cool looking back and comparing my physical strength from back then to now. It's nice that when it comes to working out, you can gauge your progress.

I agree with you though, I'd also disappear on whim if I get the chance. But just because you don't care about your life, it doesn't mean you should let your body go if you can help it, y'know?

I hope you make some awesome progress, physically and mentally.
