Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Today I started going to the gym and oh my god, I couldn't even lift 5kg of weights, so I had to use 2.5kg and the people next to me were lifting like 30kg hahaha, I hope I get to that point. The good thing is that nobody noticed me there, there weren't many people because I went at midday, but even so, everyone just goes about their own business and that's something that comforts me quite a bit. Plus, I have a really good trainer who instructed me on everything. I've always been insecure about my body, I'm very skinny, I'm 180cm tall and weigh 52kg currently. I hope to change that, but mainly, I hope it helps me fix my head because I'm still really messed up, but I hope to improve little by little. Even so, if I have the opportunity to commit suicide (let's say I get a gun or SN from the sky), I wouldn't pass up the chance

Like kittylover said, everyone starts somewhere! When I started a long time ago, I couldn't even lift the barbell... I haven't improved as much as I'd like, but it's cool looking back and comparing my physical strength from back then to now. It's nice that when it comes to working out, you can gauge your progress.

I agree with you though, I'd also disappear on whim if I get the chance. But just because you don't care about your life, it doesn't mean you should let your body go if you can help it, y'know?

I hope you make some awesome progress, physically and mentally.

I went to the gym for the first time ever tonight
Very late at night
There were no employees there so I didn't get to discover how to use a lot of the equipment
I didn't have the energy to use the equipment I did work out how to use, as much as I'd have liked
I was there for two hours and I had intended to be there three hours and to just get so exhausted that I'd feel less stressed but it didn't really work
Frustrating
I'm in a terrible situation and believe that I need electric shock treatment to save my life but the health service in Britain don't seem to agree

That sounds very frustrating. Anyone would feel frustrated in that situation; the first time is tough, especially when you're going through a difficult time in your life. I'd recommend going for an hour or so; two or three hours is really a lot. Regarding the machines, I always struggled with them too, but luckily I always had a teacher to lean on. Could you try asking someone else for help? I know it's difficult, but sometimes there's no other option. I had no choice but to interrupt whatever the teachers were doing. I'm sorry you're feeling so bad in general. From what I've seen, the UK doesn't give much support to people with mental health issues.

exercise is ridiculously effective for baseline mood ime. but i might not be the most reliable anecdote lol. even if your decisions regarding ctb don't change, at least the remainder of your life will be a little bit higher in quality. its a win-win.

Yes, that's right. Although I quit the gym because going gave me too much anxiety, so I preferred to be lazy. I replaced it with basic exercises at home and I'm doing better. Exercise, as you say, is effective in almost all cases.
