yup. I know they'd try to lock me up. which wouldn't actually make me feel any better or help solve any of the problems. in fact it could traumatize me further and make it worse. like it already did

Yeah, most people (including Psycs and Docs) tend to go into fix it or crisis mode pretty quickly. When you just want to talk only about how you feel. Most "treatments" inadvertently encourage you to shut the f--k up.
