Definitely going to choke myself but I'm debating whether to use a belt
I'll eat breakfast first

I don't know I think it's the rush because I choke the arteries and then I feel better
I have to do it in private though because I usually can't stay on my feet
cutting doesn't work for me it only hurts and I don't get that rush
