Help I need specific information about using N (already ordered)

I need experts help.
So I already ordered 2 bottles of N from A and it just departed to my country (wish me luck for receiving it)
I have anti emetics that I've ordered from eBay

I didn't understand 2 things:

1. why/if I need time not to be found after taking 2 bottles of N. From what I've read it's a matter of few minutes and you're gone.
2. what's recommended way to use anti emetics. I've read 25h before, every 8 hours - meaning 3 pills total, but believe there are other methods

Also, regarding eating the day before, is it recommended to fest.
