I need major help with the partial suspension hanging method please respond with info

I am done it won't work I found my carotid artery, tied the slip knot tied the other end to the door handle. threw the rope over the chair, closed the door, and then leaned in on the noose. I am not even going blurry WHY ISN'T it freaking working what am I doing wrong I can't take this
