It's really not straightforward to leave this world in a peaceful way especially as we exist in such an anti-suicide society where there's a lack of acceptance towards the right to die, but I guess that if one wishes to leave all that they can do is research the different methods but there are no easy answers to leaving peacefully unfortunately. I wish you the best.

Eventually you just feel warm, and want to go to sleep. There is a ot of relevant infomation on this site, and I don;t really want to repeat it all here. Do a little research.
