Hi everyone... I tried the night-night method with an elastic waistband and a t-shirt in the front of the throat for not feeling sufficated.. like 3 times, but nothing... I could feel just a little of the blood flow but nothing else.. what must I do? I maybe didn't understood well the method... Please help me I'm freaking out I cannot go through even one day more...
