Primatene and Bronkaid tablets are available 'behind the counter' at pharmacies (sometimes in generic form as well). It depends on the state, but usually you just have to show your ID and can only purchase a certain number of boxes per month. Sometimes there are little cards you get from the shelf and bring to the pharmacy counter - depends on the store. They contain ephedrine, which is a stimulant and appetite suppressant.
Caffeine and nicotine are also appetite suppressants, but I think ephedrine works better (imo). I don't have any personal experience with Prozac or Adderall.

OTC is easy for an ECA stack. (Ephedrine (Bronkaid), Caffeine, and Aspirin).
You can also Google the Med Clinics for diet drugs.
