I need a help sn related

So I have sn and ondansetron as antiemenetic and I am on fast now will do a like 28- 29 hr fast and take like 2 tablets of ae and then 25 gm of sn in 125 ml of water.
Will I shout or like yell or something or is it a quiet process and what are the chances i vomit .. am asking because I Do not want anybody to interrupt and yea thats pretty much it and will appreciate if any of you guys can talk to me for a bit I am a bit confused too and yea thanks for reading :)

First of all, I think a 28-29h fast would be excessive. Might even increase nausea. As for noise, I've seen in videos that the only noise in the method are heavy breathing and retching sounds. If possible, please try to attempt in a place where you're sure you wont be interrupted for atleast a few hours. Do you live with someone? If so, attempting at your home is quite risky.

farewellwiki says ondansetron is not a good antiemetic for the SN method. You are fasting for a lot of hours, 4-8 hours is the recommended and you should eat a light meal.
