Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I have depression, adhd and avpd . Tried more than two dozen medicines, dozen supplements, now on herbal medicine. The herbal medicine help somewhat but I don't have complete remission. I feel there will never be complete remission. Don't know , any suggestions?
I am sorry that you are going through such a hard time :( but I promise recovery is possible, although it isn't always linear and especially with medication sometimes it can take fucking forever to find the right meds that work but please dont give up, you deserve to live a good life and kick this illness in the ass! Maybe it is worth looking into ketamine for treatment resistant depression? Or some kind of out of the box idea like that haha. Therapy could also be helpful alongside the medication, it is usually effective at treating personality disorders
I mean let's,define, better, you may never be cured, but your symptoms, can be managed, and mood can improved, dramatically by lifestyle changes. Keep seeing a doctor, but going outside walking basically treats moderate depression, as good ir even better then antidepressants. Kudos to you for battling on, as much as I hate to say this, there is hope, but lifestyle changes, and not depending on the medical system to cure is the only way to facilitate this. Good luck
