I have to do this. I started doing Stan's guide and starving myself. Just need to continue to fast and CTB after 9 pm, when I get off of work.

One of my friends was expecting to see me during Thanksgiving break, but he won't. This is the only thing that makes me upset because he just got back from the military and for him to hear that I've passed, will destroy him. But I really have to do this. It's time that I do things for my own benefit and interest. They will need to move on in order not to hurt themselves emotionally. Plus, they'll find new people. People who are better, smarter, more attractive, and just more compatible than I ever would be.

I just hope that SN isn't painful. After doing a lot of research and reading from other members, it should just be slightly uncomfortable. I'm sure I can stay on the bus for it. I will update more periodically tomorrow.

I can not change your mind nor force you to do anything. But if you change your mind just stick your fingers into your throat and vomit it all out. Then get water and drink as much as you can and vomit again and again like few times until your stomach is finally cleared.
