i just can't seem to make it work. it's hard to position the stuff inside of the ratchet. i also have to struggle to get the ratchet off when i know it isn't working since it gets pretty tight. the first time i tried taking it off i was worried it would never come off, like a dog wearing a dog cone, but i wiggled it around and i was fine.

i should probably just go back to thinking about partial suspension. i did some reading some the night night method so i wanted to give it the college try before returning the stuff at UPS, but i figure that i can't make it work. i don't know anyone who's actually succeeded with this method besides the one guy who recorded the video where it compressed his trachea instead of his carotids. it seems really hard to try and simulate a blood choke. i've been choked before my someone's arm and i told him that it was actually making me lightheaded even though he was doing it for just a few seconds. it seems hard to apply consistent pressure onto your carotids unless you're hanging.

Don't feel bad. I'm trying the night-night method with rope and I don't even get close to losing consciousness. Meanwhile, the socks which are supposed to be applying pressure keep slipping out. Shit is daunting FR.

Maybe you could try partial hanging while using the cornhole bags? I read in some posts that it is better to stand up than lie down.

i think trying to use cornhole bags is nonsense. they don't stay inside the noose properly and mine were too big. partial seems more successful with no padding.

Partial hanging with hoodies string kindda was working for me. I tied some of them together with ceiling and just sat on my chair. I was going unconscious within 10sec with almost no pain until i chickened out 😅

Bumping this because I cant get it to work either. Tried three times today with it in different spots. Think ratcheting it down moves the cornhole "rice" around, idk. I can feel the cartoid pulse get more pronounced but dont get lightheaded or anything really. I mean I feel a lil funny but even let it go for like 30 seconds and didnt pass out. Really tried too. Any help would be appreciated

But yea getting it off is super weird lol, i just pulled the cornhole bags out when I realized it wasnt going to work. Might move to partial hanging or whats that ligature thing? I might need to read on that. Lmk if anyone has better ideas.

but you can adjust the cornhole bags with gorilla tape or not? and maybe using the ratchet to avoid the cornhole bags moving
