Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

How normal is it to feel immense physical pain during especially bad episodes of depression/anxiety/panic. Headaches, fevers, throwing up, etc. I get it especially bad when I remember some of the shit that ive been accompliced in.

It's been a running factor in my life for YEARS and ive never thought to actually confirm that this is normal. I assume it is.

Pain is where?
Head, stomach, also generally around my body. Usually manifests in really really bad headaches and nausea, and some fever-like symptoms. I guess like a really bad cold or flu?

Are you drinking enough water? Eating enough food? I would have to assume it's psychosomatic if you're otherwise at homeostasis. The body is good at not releasing pain signals unless it's physical pain. But then again the brain is powerful and can create symptoms.

I'll give you an example of a time when I was severely depressed and drinking a lot. I went down a rabbit hole of webmd articles looking for symptoms and convinced myself I had multiple screlosis. My shoulder blades tingled in fatigue, toes were numb. My vision had grey spots. Oh, and it was all triggered by fever as well which is a telltale symptom. Turns out your body doesn't like it when you don't give it the base necessities. I didn't realize I hadn't eaten in days and all my calories came from beer. A day later after rest, full stomach (and my doctor aunt calling me an idiot) and it was back to normal. And I seriously thought I had this dibilitating disease for over a week. All because of depression-my mind. Maybe this will help? Have you slept, ate? Drank enough water? Have you ever been diagnosed with diabetes?

And, if you're in a lot of pain for seemingly no reason I would recommend going to the emergency room. Even in the USA you can go for free and just not pay the bills. If anyone can diagnose you it would be a medical doctor. Remember to call 911 if you have an emergency okay?
