I have been facing suicidal ideations for years now because of the thought of no friends and having no social life for years and it's effecting my mental health and my ability to function. What are some easy ways to access substances that can make me OD in peace (online options if possible). I also tried hanging myself but the pain was unbearable so my body naturally lifted myself up onto my bed now I have a scar on my neck… I don't have any place to do a complete hanging. So if you have any options available that I can use to end this suffering please provide those for me.

yes I'm done. My life ended months ago. I'm a complete shell of myself. A few people have said I'm like a zombie. People are concerned.
But I can't get out either. Stuck. For now anyway.
