Do you know if D is able to ship those N to other countries? Let's say Canada for instance?
Yes, ofcourse. Both A and D ship worldwide. The further you live, the more expensive. North America has the cheapest prices, so you're lucky.

Now I'm confused. I emailed D, using the email found in the handbook. He responded immediately. Then I read here D was a scam. Could someone please explain this to me. Thank you.
There is a lot of confusion about that on this forum. Apparently, there used to be another D in the past who turned out to be a scammer. This is not the same person listed in the PPH today.
I ordered when DutchSuicidalPerson confirmed that he received it. I got it too, looks similar to photos from PPH. Europe.

About the customs situation: one of the two persons who got their package stuck at customs have had it processed and his package got delivered, there was probably just some delay. The other person has less luck and his package has been stuck at customs for like 10 days already :(

I tried to post a thread about my experience with D, but for some reason it said that the thread needed to be approved and then it disappeared completely. I don't know what went wrong (there were no sensitive information or pictures of any kind) and I don't know if it will be posted in the future. Anyway, I'm too lazy to write it again so I'll just summarize it here.
I received my N today. I ordered it last week and it got through customs with no problems. I live in the EU (not UK). So just to confirm, as of today, there are two legit N sellers: A and D. There were some old posts about D being a scammer; that IS NOT the D we're talking about (although their name is the same). This is a new seller whose email was first published in the PPeH 2021.
The reason why I chose D over A is mainly the fact that D seems to be much more prompt than A. Some other members were saying that sometimes it takes several days for A to reply to an email, and that would've been too annoying. As far as I know, D is more expensive than A, so you should also take this into consideration when deciding which one to choose. That's pretty much it :)

I recently received N from A without any issues and was surprisingly fast. However, it has been decanted into anther bottle. So I am unsure as to 1. whether or not it's even N (i assume it is, given his reputation) 2. hope it hasn't been contaminated 3. how long it will last until expiry.
I have not opened the bottle as I think the less it is exposed to air, the longer it will last.
I am currently storing it in a paper bag inside a box in a closet... hoping that's ok!
Does D ship in sealed original bottles? If so, I might even try to order another one. Although as someone mentioned, the whole process is very stressful and not in a hurry to risk it again!

If A is decanting his N into another bottle, that's a new thing. This didn't happen in the past. In fact, my bottles from D look exactly like photo's I've seen of A's: original, sealed bottles.

Yes 100% sure, I even purchased a copy of the PPH just to be sure.
The decanting is not a new thing, on one of the megathreads there are several reports of A decanting. However I specifically asked him to send it in sealed original bottles. I know decanting probably makes it easier to get through undetected but i still feel like it's sketchy not sending the product as people have paid for and expect.
I always thought to aid it getting through customs they would decant it or disguise it etc using a different bottle

I read countless threads about A before ordering, and knew there was a good chance he'd send it decanted, which is why I specifically asked him to send the original sealed bottle but alas...

Yes, I remember there was even a mention in the PPH sometime (2020 I think) ago that A was not always very reliable, but reliability did increase again. I know someone else who recently ordered from A and this person received original bottles, so I'm surprised this happened to you.
Is there a reason why D is more expensive than A if he's selling the same exact product?
I actually confronted him with the high prices and he gave me some excuse about pharmaceutical companies having higher costs for their supplies or something. I believe, based on the information I currently have, A and D are related in some way, but are different sellers, deciding their own prices.
Generally it appears you have two choices at the moment:
A:
- Cheaper, having a long reputation of being a reliable seller (although not at some times) but possible waiting lists, slow responses, slow shipping, possibly decanted bottles, no photo's of the product
D:
- More expensive, not well-known, extremely fast responses, product photo's, extremely fast shipping, no reports of decanted bottles (yet!)
The fast responses, photo's and actually getting my questions answered (A ignored most of them), make me decide to go with D. I just didn't feel comfortable in my communication with A.

I got my tracking number the day after I made the payment. It's better to remind him to send it, as he will not always remember. I didn't even know that he had shipped the package the same day I'd paid, until I emailed him and asked for updates

Country does matter. Some ex-soviet, east-european countries have strict customs even if they're part of the EU.

About customs: I have talked to a few people who have recently ordered from A and people who have recently ordered from D. Based on the information I have, I believe it's a bit more riskful ordering from D compared ordering from A.
This is because of the customs declaration they make. I can't post details, but A declares it as what the fake labels on the bottles mention, making the declaration look realistic. D however, declares it as some bullshit thing that's just very suspicious.
This doesn't mean ordering from D is extremely riskful. Several people, including me, have received their package without any customs issue. How strict customs is depends on the country you live in, in mine they are understaffed and I suspect they only do a few random checks. However, because of this dumb customs declaration, the risk of ordering from D might be a little higher.
This is another factor to keep in mind when deciding between A or D. So far, I'm aware of only one user who ordered from D and got his package stuck at customs, and it is in unclear if that's because of the declaration and so if it would have been different if he had ordered from A.
Whether you order from A or D, you are importing an illegal product in most countries in the world, so there's always going to be a risk involved. I believe the risk is low to very low in most Western countries, but using a nonsense declaration obviously increases that risk somewhat.
