they dont want to do anything! she goes in circles, that it's fiiiiiine, intended effects thats working etc. and she then ignores i still cant live like normal or function. im on strong antidepressants for ocd shit but at what cost??

I experience the same thing, even when I'm not on meds rlly. I think it stems from exhaustion and Xanax abuse, well in my case at least. Some medications def can cause intense brain fog. I wish I had done my research. I hope you can get rid of your brain fog
there's no need for a complete taper, one can potentially have either reduced dose, different medications, etc (tho after medical consultation)
