I have given up on any attempts to try to recover from my big failure. It's just another boring day, rotting in my room, with no hope to break out of this cycle. I hope the day passes and I can go to sleep again.

I know it is easier said than done but if you can fill your day by going to the gym or even a walk and stop off for a coffee it makes the day go by quicker in my experience
