I have everything I need now

Meto was the last thing I needed and after weeks of anxious waiting it's finally here. I have everything I need now. I'm going home for a couple weeks to give my family some time with me and then when I come back I'll be gone for good.

I'm so relieved that it's almost over.

Cool that you were able to get your hands on Meto. It's the one thing I thought about skipping out on and use some OTC medication cause I'm too lazy to bother going through a prescription. Take care.

I'm not new I joined back in 2018 but kept going and who would of thought after everything felt good and normal again I'd be back here lol well I'm glad I've learned about helium I wanted to look more into it before I decided on the method last time I didn't have a way besides a string and I tried but kept backing out

In theory, you COULD ctb with only SN. However, these additional medications help ease the process and make the SN much more peaceful.
