hi all! i'm 19f 164cm 64kg (5'4 140lbs) and i have, as stated, 42,000mg of paracetamol as well as 15,000mg of naproxen. i can get more of either but naproxen is harder to get a hold of. i have more paracetamol around the house for sure.
will this be enough for me to ctb? any recommendations on regimens to take or should i just get it over with? any advice on how to stop vomiting as i have done in the past from oding.
pain is not a concern.
i also have access to alcohol but not a ton of it
thank u all so much :)

Don't do it with Paracetamol. It's the absolute worst way, it's extremly painful. I know someone from back then wo tried it an had extreme, long lasting pain and survived and is on dialysis now
i know, pain isn't a problem though and i just have really no other way of doing it. all i want to know is if i have enough.

Save money for nitrogen instead. Thats my plan. I've suffered enough. Why not die comfortably? I do not want to suffer more during my suicide attempt

It sounds like a lot but I have no idea of what it would do to you. Downing a large quantity of pills is not all that easy too. I took 40 pills previously which included paracetamol.

CTB via Paracetamol overdose is a terrible way to go. You'll be in agony for roughly 2 weeks before succumbing to liver failure.

It really isn't worth it, speaking as someone who survived a paracetamol OD, you will likely feel panic from your SI sometime in the 48 hour window you have before the effects become irreversibly fatal and then spend some of the worst night of your life in a hospital.

If you don't seek help it can take upwards of weeks before you eventually ctb, during which you'll be in physical and emotional torment.

i've tried it before but unfortunately i was found out and hospitalised both times. i really don't care about pain and i don't think i'll be caught this time

Maybe with alcohol like whiskey or rum.

Sorry for the loss of your dear sister. I hope you can find a way out other than death.

Seems like a lot of people, like any method tell you that you'll fail. I dont get it but I took 150 cocodomol tablets, the strongest you can get and it just made me sick. I did end up in hospital but I never told them what I took and they put it down to alcohol poisoning as I'd drank half a bottle of whisky. I can easily drink that so I let them think that anyway so I could go home. To go with this method you'd want to be taking them for days in high volume is the conclusion I drew, being uninterrupted is key

"Doses < 75 mg/kg are unlikely to cause toxicity unless staggered. Doses > 150 mg/kg are associated with serious or fatal adverse effects from toxicity and total doses > 12 g are potentially fatal."

42,000 mg : 64 kg = 656 mg/kg. I am just going to leave this here.

Hey, I know everyone is telling you to not use this method, and unfortunately I have to join in too. Please, please, please don't OD on paracetamol. Yes, it is potentially fatal, but your chances of vomiting are super high. If you want to get past vomitting, you need a strong antiemetic like domperidone or metoclopramide.
Most importantly, it is an horrible and painful way to go. You are likely to end up with liver failure, and that is a slow and painful way to go, if you don't manage to get a liver transplant.
Please reconsider, there are much more peaceful methods out there and you deserve it. You can try SN, its relatively cheap and a much more peaceful way to go

This method will destroy your liver and likely won't kill you. Please don't do that. In addition it is extremely painful, which is why i imagine failure rate is high, SI kicks in you call help to stop the pain.

I read that with paramectol you not only have unbearable stomach pain but you constantly shoot out both ends. So you might want to have diapers handy.

i've od with paracetamol before and it obviously didn't work. i took about 40 pills and almost instantly started throwing up (and was rushed to hospital and pumped with IV fluids to cure my liver). but it was EXTREMELY painful, and i was very very lucky that my liver wasn't permanently damaged. honestly it's not worth the risk- low success of ctb, high chance of just fucking up your health. all the best!
