Venting I hate my country more than anything

This is just plain venting because I'm exhausted.
I fucking hate Italy. I hate EVERY aspect of it, except food and art, and its history. Misoginy (a woman killed every 50 hours), homophobia (fined by EU three times), racism, ignorance. Taxes too damn high (highest in EU, 67,4% of your income), economic liberty close to China's, shitty healthcare system, shitty infrastructure (remember the Genoa bridge?), 156% GDP public debt, tax evasion, corruption, salaries are a joke (3,50€ per hour, south italy), bills are crazy due to taxes. TAXES on bills. Taxes on fucking everything. We pay taxes ONE YEAR in advance due to the prevision (?) of what you'll make in the next year.
People dying due to holes on the streets (happened in Rome, 2017) because we're getting bankrupt and can't even fund hospitals, so you can imagine how the streets are doing. The most polluted regions in Europe are located in north italy, I can't even breathe without getting cancer.

But what I hate the most is the deeply rooted ignorance. Women are objects, gays should burn, and until 1960 there were still cousins marrying each other. Suicides of course are an outrage to god, so beware of the one who speaks about them. People hiding their beloved who died of suicide, people saying suicidal teens claim attention, suicide isn't a real problem etc.
I am a lesbian and I think my depression came out due to the aggression that LGBT people experience here.

I'm moving to France in january. It's not Australia, but at least it's way better

Sadly, every country has its issues.
My country is promoted as 'clean and green' and raved about by celebrities... but we have horrific child abuse and suicide rates, increasing poverty and inequality, high addiction rates.
I have lived in many countries for varying periods of time and I still would choose here over just about anywhere else.
