death: the cure for life

i hated life for so long now..ive given my best, but sometimes even 200% aint good enough.. honestly i cant bear this crap sober. theres always some drama, always some annoying people getting on your nerves. the worst is that my body seems to want to get annoyed, why else can i just NOT focus on whats annoying me?. should i move to the next forest? this sucks, whats me and whats this body? i hate this forced "social"component. my life would have been a lot better if i could just put this nonsense aside, in the end nobody cares anyway so why am i always forced to think about what x or y did to me years ago???
i feel like the unbearable suffering is just how life is supposed to be, on top our brains have evolved so much over the past 1000nds of years, yet suffering always remains. when we look back at how people used to live, why life is still so unbearable when back then it has been much worse? we always acclimate to positive, except for negative.
imo objectively life has always been **** and will mostlikely remain this way, how many generations of suffering do we need to get a few %'s of better genetics? people dont care about genetics anyway, my mother has such horrible mental genetics, if people with that type of genes dont have a unrealitically perfect upbringing theyre screwed and have to deal with all sorts of mental issues later on.
this life is such a joke, why do i want a life that doesn't suck when some people obviously never get that anyway? theres no gods, no karma, this is the ****ing wild west just that people nowadays are smarter, and better at deceiving everyone around them and at getting away with all sorts of cruel stuff.
procreation is the worst, how do we get life to engage in such disgusting act of mixing two completely useless dna together without breaking their free will? of course we drug them so hard they would even accept abuse and kill themselves later on if they got dumped.
its all just such a horrible blend, being thrown into this predator type of cage with all those silly fragile dreams that some will never achieve..
on top being told by all these boomers life gets better YoU jUsT HaVe To dO all sorts of quackoil nonsese that never worked anyway..
