• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

    👉 View the ledger here

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

If we speak too much we either
A) get completely ignored
B) get treated like toddlers who require "special care" and I don't know people just change how they talk to us completely
C) we get locked in mental psych wards like we are some form of criminals.
Or D) we get laughed at And mocked
Fuck this unfair world we live in, suffering is always going to be a part of our lifes

These are my sentiments as well, especially my view on the world. It's just all superficial bullshit, virtuous signaling and such. They have little to no interest in fixing the cause of people's problems (not that they are easy to solve) and yet refuse to allow people to just leave on one's own terms.

Originally, suicidal people were considered criminals, and treated as such (locked up in jail, prejudiced against, mistreated). But that was so ridiculous that even pro lifers couldn't justify it, so they made it "legal" in order to pretend they're not actively persecuting suicidal people. However, they have worked to ensure suicidal people continue to be treated exactly like criminals, which is how they want us to be treated. Much of the terrible treatment of suicidal people comes from internalised legacy views that suicidal people are criminals.

There is a seldom used term now called the double-bind. Basically it's basically damned if do, damned if don't. I'll give one example of countless.

Your parents tell you to be more social, make friends. You manage to make some friends. Your parents hate the friends. This was once believed to cause mental illness. I believe a guy called Gregory Bateson pioneered this theory.
