Help I got N, what steps should I take before doing CTB?

Hi.

After searching for some time and overcoming some scams, I finally got 4 bottles of N equivalent to 200 ml or 13 grams. Will it be enough for someone who weighs 70 kilos and is 1.65m tall?

What diet should I follow? In the Spanish group I read about a 48-hour plan: the first day all meals regularly but taking a metoclopramide every 8 hours. On the second day, the day of the CTB, breakfast and lunch would also be the same as usual including a metoclopramide. On this second day I would NOT EAT DINNER and would do an 8-hour fast. One hour before the CTB 3 metoclopramides of 10 ml and an ondancetron. Does anyone know how many ml the ondancetron should be?

Finally drink N. If there is any step I'm missing or I'm wrong about something, please tell me.

If I would do ctb I would feel the need to do it directly and not fast somehow or something like that

This is the first time I am hearing about taking two AEs. Just one should be sufficient, no? I don't think PPH advises more than one.
Also, where did you get your N? Curious as it is my chosen method and I plan to travel for it in attempt to find it.

@pedrbel8805 Excuse me for being off topic, did you get it through people you know or went to the store ? What would say to someone who travels to peru for that ? Is it possible to still get it ? Is a money a factor (let.s say you offer 2000$ for 5 bottles of halatal, will it make a difference ?

Yes, there are protocols in the PePH as well as in older threads back when N was still a thing.
I think you just have to take a D2 dopamine antagonist antiemetic such as metoclopramide or domperidone.

I am looking for the protocols for N. too.
The latest PePH I can find is from 2022, and I wonder if the later PePHs have updated protocols for N. Suicide Resource Compilation does not have a thread for N. Anyway, from what I read so far, it seems they are rather simpler than those for SN.
If anyone has (a) link(s) to anything regarding what to do when you use N, I would appreciate it if you would let me know.
