Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Ladies and gentleman... I somehow got better.
I suffered from depression for... 15 years now I think and there have been times where I got pretty close to offing myself...
But I didn't... and I'm glad I didn't... after all those years, I guess we found the right combination of meds finally.
My panic attacks are mostly gone, I'm able to work, I sell lemonade with my mother, I'm on a diet, I go out on walks...

Never thought I'd see the day... but somehow it got better...

So I wanted to say... suicide? Absolute LAST resort. It actually can get better all of a sudden when you least expect it and when/if it does... you'll be glad you didn't end your life.

Congratulations to you! A little suggestion; this fits a little better in the recovery section of the forum. Excuse me for being blunt about that.

I am happy you found your way. 15 years of depression is a LONG time and I admire your endurance through that. I hope you keep your momentum into a more happy and fulfilling life. Godspeed.

Aw, my mistake... thought it would fit here because of my last comment about suicide.
I reported this post of mine because it would fit better in recovery, hopefully it will get removed from here.

nah man i dont think it matter where he post it to be honest.
also this shows all the doomers that for some recovery is possible

it always nice to see people actually recovered tho.
i can imagine people being salty about it but guess what? life aint fair.

so, seriously be proud on this and live your moment. even through this is the step its always possible for a rebound.
i hope you will keep your routine and dont slack on the things that make you feel better.

good luck out there
