In a fit of rage I punched a wall and ended up fracturing my 3th and 4th metacarpal which are middle and ring finger knuckles, I don't have money or insurance to visit a doctor, the pain is severe and I can't cope. Will it heal on its own? Its my dominant hand too so I can't do anything at all . even if it heals on its own in a few months I'm sure it'll be a deformity and I'll never be able to have my former grip strength , I wish I could just die instead of suffering like this.
Just realized how fragile our bodies are, I thought I couldnt possibly feel sick or suffer from a bodily injury like this. My pain is not only mental but also physical now.

An emergency room cannot deny treatment if you are unable to pay. Many have programs to "assist" the uninsured. Check it out in the morning.

Of course the decaying flesh prison that is the human body is so incredibly fragile, to me it truly is so horrible being trapped inside it where there is the potential for it to torture us so unbearably. But to me it's disturbing how existing can easily get much worse and much more unbearable, sadly it's just the reality of existing here, it sounds so incredibly awful what you have to endure.

Yes, that's tatsuya nakadai in the human condition part 3.

Update: I have applied some balm to soothe the pain it has reduced swelling significantly, but I can't use my hand still because no amount of balm will cure a fracture. My greatest fear is losing functionality or grip strength since I work in a menial labourer job,my life is doomed.

Did that to my left hand pinky finger earlier this year. Had a particularly bad week where I couldn't focus or commit to anything at all because of worsening ADHD symptoms, severe mental decline and various life pressures. Manager was on my ass. Deadlines missed by a long shot even though all the work I could do easily. Family in trouble, sole breadwinner yadda yadda yadda. Punched wall in a fit of rage several times, not aligning punches properly, one hit on the side. The knuckle on that finger hurt for a while, there was swelling and a melanoma but I don't know if it was fracture or not. Still feels kinda injured several months later but healed by itself.

HOWEVER please seek medical assistance considering this is your dominant hand and the injury is considerably more extensive. As many users have pointed out there should be programs to provide free assistance. In addition to that, you could at least ask - they won't charge you for asking. Finally, you can contest the bills by asking for an itemized bill once you get it, there is some room for negotiation where you can reduce your bill significantly.
