Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

i feel like theres such a big responsibility doing ts like, i feel like i need to leave some sort of note, who i want to give my belongings too and saying sorry and such. but theres a few people i feel like id have to tell. most of which are out of state and are online friends. but great friends at that. some of which i could care less to even inform them. but my mom has told me a few times that one of her friends sons' died from an overdose and they were super tore up about it (valid ofc) and my mom said "if i lost you the same way i wouldnt know what to do." and i love my mom i really really do. but what do i do? like i feel terrible putting the having to bury your son strain on her but god damn i cant keep doing ts. like ugh its just so much effort i DONT feel like putting in.

Ctb is a tricky situation no matter what. You don't owe anyone. If you feel better not leaving a note, then that's totally fine. A note wouldn't really change your absence anyway. You could also leave one note addressing everyone you care about and ask in said note for your message to be sent to the others, if possible.

Don't stress about right or wrong. Focus on your own well-being. Someone's always going to be upset. It's tough, but do whatever YOU feel comfortable with.
