Venting i feel so invalid and stupid

I keep on hitting my eye, but its not swelling up or bruising even more now. I still have a slight bruise, but its not enough. I feel so invalid and disappointed in myself that its not good enough. Why cant I ever do self harm right? Even the easiest form of it i cant even fucking do.

there is no incorrect form of self harm. any pain that you inflict on yourself can be considered self harm. mental or physical.

the feeling of "not doing it right" continues no matter what form of SH you use. i used to be a cutter and i'd be upset i didn't bleed enough. it's a really shit feeling.
