• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

    👉 View the ledger here

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Idk, I can just feel it, the tightening of the chest, the inability to deal with any stress, the lethargy, every morning I wake up and feel like a rotten corpse, how do you build yourself a life when you're dying? nobody takes me seriously, they say I'm just a hypochondriac and that they're tired of listening to me. I was so happy when I was ready to let go and not wake up but now I have got the fear back and it's devastating

If you get overwhelmed by despair, it might be possible to visualize it as a monolithic event. Doing so might allow you to then try to create a small area in your life that comes under your control like something as simple as reading a favorite book or watching a favorite movie.By this you might contain the wave of despair while constructing a foundation that you control as an alternative.

This may slowly be expanded upon such that the despair you have contained can begin to reduce while that area of you life that you exercise control over expands.Without control, life is just something that happens to you. When it happens in a bad way, it can leave you drained.

I'm sorry to hear that.

There are lots of factors which can cause feeling of powerlessness, not only mental problems. Are you sure you don't have any organic disease? Did you visit a doctor to describe your state? There are inflammation which can result in such a state, for example hypothyroidism.

Do you take any antidepressants or psychotropic drugs?
