Venting I feel like I already failed

Last minute I got this job and they seem very disorganized. It's at some summer camp, so I'll be stuck in a different state, but I really could use the money. I'm about to leave and I can't help but feel this is a terrible idea. I'm embarrassed by how much I overpacked and I'm a little scared of how much work it will be. It's not great pay for long hours (Like 7am to midnight) with no breaks, but it's been hell finding a job, so it's this or nothing. They pay based on year in college and since most of my credits were thrown out when I transferred, I'm getting a much smaller salary.

It's childcare so you eat while with the kids. It's pretty standard for a lot of sleepaway camps unfortunately
