I feel jealousy non stop

I don't really talk about this but I always feel jealousy because pretty much everyone else receives decent treatment from others, appreciation and they have that sense of belonging somewhere. I look at myself and still can't comprehend why I'm always the odd one out with no exception. I'm not sure anymore , but I feel as my heart is being trampled on over and over again. And then there's bitterness. Why couldn't I have these too?

Think it's natural to be jealous of happy people as we crave to feel happy. Depression is a bastard which cripples everything. Wanting to die despite not knowing what happens proves that.

i feel jealous of noone because every single human on this planet will suffer/encounter some form of trauma. noone is happy all or most of the time. many people hide their pain troubles and problems and only show whats good happening in their life. many ppl have a big ego that they try hard to maintain. people that are rich and in healthy relationships ctb too.

i deeply relate to this, it's the reason why i want to quit school again, everyone in my class has made some sort of friendship and even see each other outside of school besides me, it just feels wrong to sit in that class with them and spending our breaks "together", i cringe just thinking about.

I think it is perfectly understandable to feel envy towards others, as life is incredibly unfair. Envy can be such a painful emotion, it can be devastating. Knowing that others have what you want can hurt a lot. I believe that often seeing the way that others are can make us feel inferior.
