I failed a hanging attempt

I used to try a lot PSH but today I tried FSH after a long time again. And it was crazy what happened to me!

I used the belt of a bathrobe and tied it in the doorframe. Then I made a nose, stepped on a chair, put my head in and jumped off. I regretted it after two seconds and wanted to pull myself up, but it didn't work and I remember my consciousness slowly fading

I had a few strange visions that were dream like (I can't remember exactly what but it was two fictional men wearing red and talking about a yellow chair).

When I opened my eyes it felt like a whole day passed. I was shaking and twitching, which is quite usual for me after fainting. I was so confused where I was, as I couldn't remember what happened.
I was sitting on the floor, my back and neck hurting.
After I struggled to stand up I realised my belt had broken. It didn't slip but it ripped apart so I had probably slammed my back against the door while falling to the ground. I have a rash on my lower left back too…

All in all, it was really scary and not thought through. But I am kind of glad to see it could've worked if the ligature had been strong enough.

Do you still regret it? It's always curious how everyone regrets after they pull the trigger. Do you wish it succeeded? I'm surprised no one was able to find you

I had the same experience but I used a belt from a shower clothes I had and I tied it to a door , I pushed the chair after putting the noose around my neck , si kicked in and I tried reaching for the chair but I couldn't then belt broke and I felt dizzy ،my neck started hurting and the belt left marks around my neck because of that I stayed in my house for days so my neck marks could heal .

I was home alone and the whole thing took less than ten minutes. Honestly I was just really confused at that moment because I couldn't remember what happened.
This morning I'm just angry. Don't have any regrets except that I didn't do it better. I was out after seconds so if I had just chosen a proper rope, I would've succeeded.
It's always like that when I attempt and I'm starting to think I am proving some philosophical theory or I have a guardian angel.
It makes me angry and even more depressed that I'm not able to escape that easily.

Thank God you survived. I actually reached for the chair too but I passed out really quickly.
I have small marks on my neck too and a big rash on my back (from collapsing against the door). I'm planning to cover it up with concealer, that should be fine.
