eat very small , just 1 bite of something ... from time to time , it help cope with emotion that hard ... i know not easy to eat , but do not push your self , just eat 1 bite and wait to see if your body will help you with those big emotion.
I hope you get some energy somewhere to be able to let the small warrior in you fight the monster :) if not then no worry , not pushing your self is great :)

I'm with you on this. Every waking hour seems like an eternity, and getting through the day is like running a marathon.
Everything just irritates me and I feel no pleasure in anything.
