I dont want to celebrate my birthday anymore

I hate myself so much. Since I am an adult, I can literally walk out of this place right now and never talked to anyone ever again. Everyone hates me. No one will understand me. I thought my birthday was going to be without conflict, but I guess not. It is like every other year where I am just depressed and something bad happens.

Given your previous post, I can imagine you are feeling overwhelmed and down. Obviously I don't know your full situation, but I doubt everyone hates you. I certainly don't hate you. You have gotten this far despite everything, you are allowed to acknowledge your strength. Having depression doesn't make your strength dismissed. When I'm in my darkness hole I feel similar to this. You are only misunderstood by those around you, but not on SaSu.

It must be awful and tiring having to suffer like that, I personally could never see birthdays as being something to celebrate as they just represent another year spent suffering here, it's dreadful how there is too much suffering in existing. But anyway best wishes.

I understand you. I hate my birthdays for quite a few years altready, just to pretend everything is fine. I Hope not to be there at my next one next year. But we will see, unfortunately it's uncertain due to circumstances.

I wish you birthday but if it feels any better, I've not celebrated my birthday since I turned 13-14 and I'm 28 now
