Today I was watching some old youtube videos and found this gem.
This is Laura Shigihara, the main composer of Plants vs Zombies's OST. I loved this game as a kid and I still think it's a VERY great game, however, instead of the usual melancholic nostalgia, I felt extremely depressed watching this.
How much fun is she having... How much is she enjoying playing and presenting this silly (and awesome) song she composed for the game. She laughs, and keeps playing it. It's beautiful.
I wish I could have this.
I wish I could have friends that care about the stuff I do, and I wish I could be this nonchalant with whatever I make instead of over criticizing every single detail.
I honestly wish I could be a happy artist with a little fanbase here and there. This probably (definitely) sounds childish as hell but oh my God how much I wish that...
