Story I did SH tonight.

I don't know I felt like I had to write it down; not for attention just cause it's a big thing for my hopefully short life. I promised my mom I would never do it when I had urges but tonight I just did it. The knife wasn't very sharp so I had to use all my strength for it and scrape it all over my arm. It hurt but for some reason I didn't want to stop and even while I am writing this I wanna do it again. There is a lot of red on my skin and a white cut.

SH can be quite addicting and habitual, whether or not one enjoys it or not. Goes without saying it can be difficult to stop if it becomes too habitual.

Dermis, the second layer of the skin (a bit deeper) appears white. Often described as looking like "styrofoam". It might be that?
