it kinda just hit me yesterday that i could actually just kill myself now and there's nothing technically stopping me from hanging myself in my closet. rationally i know i really don't want to and i'm probably in an episode and i know that i want to live and there are things i still want to do but i am definitely one to make impulsive decisions if i know i'm capable of it ... i don't know who to ask for help because i don't trust suicide hotlines and i don't want to make my friends deal with that but i'm worried i'm just going to go through with it and i don't know what to do now
