The holidays are indeed the worst time. I envy people that have places to go, people to see and enjoy the holiday cheer. I feel none of that and haven't for some time. I hate seeing the Christmas lights, I hate hearing the Christmas music and it just enforces me to want to disappear. There is no holiday I enjoy Sure I did in the past when my family was together and I actually had people that loved me But those days are over. So I can relate to you in some way. I would say I hope you find peace with it and not hurt inside but I think we both know that is impossible.

Yea, Christmas and New Year's Eve are always torture for me. I don't really feel like celebrating Christmas with my family anymore, and I'm usually alone on New Year's Eve, even though I'd like to do something.

Last year, I was lucky and was invited to spend New Year's Eve with my best friend and his family so that I wouldn't be so alone.
This year, everything is back to normal and I'm all alone because my best friend left me.

I just hate being on this world.
