My medical condition ruined everything

I have strabismus(eye turn )and everytime i see myself in the mirror and i notice my how bad my strabismus is i cry for hours and i always in those moments want to get a screwdriver and stab my eye and in those moments i dont care about the pain because of how hurt i am
But i really dont its just that in those moments my mind changes and im scared i will do it because i almost done it two times and i had to throw it across my room because of how close i was
Im gettinf my 2nd surgery soon but its so risky and its making me so depressed i cant even look or speak to people i never go out and i get harassed all the time since i was 11
My first surgery was at 4 years old and i was supposed to get a 2nd one but my parents decided to move countries A MONTH BEFORE!???? WHICH I HATE THEM FOR i always hated my parents they never cared about me
