I can't make a ticket

Sorry if I'm missing something obvious, but I wanted to make a ticket to contact the moderators about an issue I've had with the site (people might not be receiving my messages sometimes). When I click on support, I don't get the option to open a ticket. I already tried using the "contact us" button at the bottom of the website, but I haven't heard anything after a few days. I was just wondering what's going on. Thanks in advance.

(I would also appreciate if someone would let me start a chat and conversation with them and let me know if they get the messages, so I can find out if people are just ignoring me or aren't receiving them)

"Hamburger Menu" upper left corner -> Support -> Open New Ticket

That also works if you're logged out.

Thank you. I've tried that, but when I click the support button there is no option to open a new ticket. I sent you a chat message; I was also wondering if conversations worked too though.
