I certainly understand that it's so dreadful feeling trapped here, it's beyond cruel to me how there isn't the option to just easily leave this existence in peace.

I don't have access to the means in which I would prefer to use to end my life. I feel that my best option is to put myself in front of a fast moving heavy vehicle, but I am frightened

I've thought about this lots of times too but my fear of going into oncoming traffic is greater than my resolve to ctb
