Discussion I can’t find my carotid arteries

I can't find my carotid arteries at all. I've been trying for weeks and have applied pressure pretty much everywhere. I've read most of not all of the threads discussing the night night method and partial hanging and have tried everything suggested there. I haven't been able to pass out at all. Help me please
