im sorry you feel this way, i also sometimes feel so frustrated that i wana just hurt myself and end things in a harsh way.

id advise against this as it is brutal and who knows maybe you could somehow survive for a while and suffer abit before death.

Id say to reconsider this option . Also you could tramautize the driver and the passangers/people nearby.

as i said though i do understand feeling like this and i wish you peace in whatever you decide.

Beware of this method, it's very brutal and you can lost limbs or worse and keep alive, specially if the SI kicks in and you try to stand up too late. I'm not a pro life trying to "save" you or anything, just saying to beware of this method

The train method does sound like a terrifying way to leave this world to me but I hope that you find the freedom that you are looking for, as I do know that it's difficult to carry on enduring this existence when all that you so desperately wish for is to be gone.
