I want to kill myself, but I can't, and now it's no longer because of the lack of effective methods, but because of 3 people I still care about. This has never happened before, I am afraid of causing possible trauma and destroying their lives. Why am I feeling important? I've tried to kill myself other times and there was no sadness, only anger. Even so, I know they like me and would be bad if I died for real. How to make this situation less traumatizing to them?

I guess all that one can do when it comes to those left behind is to leave notes which can act as an explanation, I think it would be really cruel to expect someone to suffer against their wishes in an existence that they aren't obligated to endure. But anyway it's always a personal decision deciding what to do, I wish you the best.Similar threads
