Venting I can't CTB yet

i failed. I didn't CTB. I was so scared. I guess that goodbye post I made was for nothing. Damn it. I don't know what to do. I feel so embarrassed and ashamed.

It happens to a lot of us, don't worry about feeling ashamed. We all know how hard CTB and how hard it is to overcome SI. You're brave for trying.

It's normal to be scared, CBT is undoubtedly hard and sometimes even really stressful. There nothing to be ashamed of.

no i don't. I was originally going to jump in front of a train but I got too scared. I don't have any other method other than that. I don't know what to do. ):
